Communication between yourself, the site, and MailChimp’s servers is encrypted, adding additional security to the information shared by you. We will use your contact details to notify you of updates to the site, availability of new articles, or any other news related to ElectricMind and the service(s) it offers. In our electronic communications to you, you will always be given the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list. Importantly, we cannot and do not accept any liability related to breach of privacy on MailChimp’s service or system.

2.4 Third-Party Data Collection

Our website uses Google’s services to embed multimedia content and for search engine optimisation and indexing. These third-party services will collect information about the use of the their services embedded on the site as well as pages and links on the site’s home page. We do not control information collected by third-parties and are not responsible for their use of that information. They are governed by their own policies, however, they are well-known and trusted services, such as, but not only, YouTube and Google analytics.

3. How we use Information Collected on our Site

3.1 Cookies and Server Logs

Non-personally identifiable information may be subject to analysis in order to understand web-site usage, in terms of traffic and approximate location of those making use of the site. We may assess which site/link lead you to our site. This form of analysis is solely for management of the site – so we can optimise user experience. We do not undertake any data retention obligations for any specified period of time through this statement.

3.2 Mailing Lists

As stated, personal information collected for our mailing list is solely to keep our subscribers informed of activity on the site. If we post a new article or release some data, we may notify users subscribed to the mailing list.
